Kabayan Noli de Castro returns to scare viewers this Halloween season with a new collection of stories that recount terrifying real-life encounters, unexplained mysteries, and shocking moments captured on camera from all over the country, in the sixth installment of ABS-CBN News’ special, “Kababalaghan: Pagkagat ng Dilim.”
Continuing the tradition of ABS-CBN News’ Halloween specials, “Kababalaghan 6” presents three new bone-chilling tales. The first story brings viewers to the mythical town of “Biringan” in Gandara, Samar, where CCTV footage captured a mysterious passenger getting off a bus and then disappearing without a trace as they crossed the street.
In another story, Kabayan tells of a cursed mirror owned by a woman in Taytay, Rizal, that appears to be haunted by restless spirits. Hoping to break the curse, she shattered the mirror. However, her horror only grew as the disturbed ghosts transferred to her late mother’s mirror, prolonging her torment.
Lastly, “Kababalaghan 6” takes viewers to a haunted housing project in Central Luzon. Families living there experience spine-chilling encounters, from spirits mimicking their loved ones to sightings of a Black/White Lady near a lifeless balete tree.
